Energy Select is looking for a professional with strong customer service and people skills. Using these skills as a solar sales consultant you will generate interest and guide potential customers through the process of purchasing their own solar solutions. Energy Select also offers a wide range of cost-cutting and energy efficient measures such as LED lighting for both commercial and residential buildings. With the price of electricity from the utilities on the rise, conservation is more popular than ever. Energy Select is at the forefront of energy production and conservation in Southern Maryland and we offer full training so youll be an expert in no time. We have maintained a strong and reliable brand and professional reputation for 20 years and want you to thrive as well. No prior experience or knowledge of Solar or LED lighting required. As long as you are willing to learn and confident in your interpersonal skills, we can train you to effectively advise and sell in the Solar and LED Lighting areas.

You will both receive leads and self-generate leads through networking, then work with the customers in their offices and kitchen tables, or virtual, and improve their lives as well as the planet. Earn commissions on every sale, allowing you to reap the rewards based on your dedication and effort in the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Virtual and in-person consulting with potential customers to evaluate their energy needs and demonstrate how the new energy industry can benefit them through Solar and Battery Power, LED Lighting, Electric Vehicle Chargers, Energy Audits and more.
  • Choose your focus in either Solar or LED sales, enabling you to tailor your sales approach and become an expert in the niche that aligns best with your strengths and preferences
  • Learning to use and work in our CRM to demonstrate that you are working company supplied leads effectively
  • Working both independently and as part of our sales team
  • Networking and generating leads by being active in the community in addition to following through on company-generated leads
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders

Salary: Varies based on experience and performance.100% commission-based and full training provided. Guaranteed draws possible.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishments in any field
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and user platforms
  • Some availability on weekends and evenings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 50 per week
