They’re rolling out a brand new sustainable product line which enables businesses to achieve net zero as quickly as possible.

About The Role

You will be the sole point of contact onsite, providing onsite user, application and hardware support for all IT problems and issues from diagnosis to resolution.

You will be responsible for maximising end-user productivity, through effective management and resolution of incidents and the timely fulfilment of service requests, maintaining agreed service levels.

Skills Required

  • Microsoft Desktop OS
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Active Directory
  • Networking
  • M365, Sharepoint Intune experience
