The candidate will work remotely, ideally on west coast hours (since most of our projects are in this region). This job will require periodic travel to project sites for coordination of project transitions, up to ~20% of the time. This job requires walking project sites and being on feet for prolonged periods of time.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Looking for a versatile player who possesses solid project management, communication, coordination and administrative skills, with a technical background, preferably with renewable energy experience (Solar, Battery Storage, Wind). Candidate would work remotely and periodically travel to meet with project partners and visit project sites, at key turning points, to prepare for the transition of Utility-Scale and Distributed renewable energy projects from construction to Operations (O&M).

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $120,000 and $153,000/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
