The Opportunity:
Are you a dynamic sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about renewable energy? Empire Solar and Roofing is looking for a Solar Sales Champion to join our team. In this role, your earning potential is limitless and your impact is significant.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and Connect: Identify and engage potential customers through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Consult and Guide: Conduct expert solar consultations to tailor solutions to each customers needs.
- Present and Close: Create compelling proposals and close sales effectively.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and Surpass: Meet and exceed your sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Exceptional Communicator: You excel in negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Experienced: A background in sales is ideal; experience in solar or renewable energy is a bonus.
