Elearning Design Center (ELDC), a leader in immersive learning, is excited to announce the launch of its new online school, Immerselearn. This innovative platform will offer certification training programs across various fields, including healthcare, trade, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing.

ELDC is renowned for its cutting-edge edtech software, which it uses to create immersive learning content. This same advanced software will now be leveraged to provide students with engaging VR and AI experiences. The overall program experience will be built using VR and AI technologies, ensuring that students gain practical, real-world job experiences.

These programs are designed to help students build confidence, achieve certifications, and become job-ready. By integrating real-world job experiences into the curriculum, ELDC aims to provide a comprehensive and practical learning journey.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Battery Management system engineer to collaborate with our instructional design team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and reviewing the curriculum for our battery packaging and assembly certification program. This program will leverage VR technology to offer immersive, hands-on training experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to develop a comprehensive curriculum for the battery packaging and assembly certification program.
  • Review and provide feedback on course materials, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in the creation of VR(Virtual reality)-based training modules, offering insights and expertise on practical battery assembly techniques.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and training sessions to validate the effectiveness of the VR modules.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery technology and incorporate them into the curriculum.
  • Provide guidance and support to students during practical training sessions.
  • Ensure all training materials comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Battery Assembly Technician or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of battery packaging and assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with VR technology and its application in training and education.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to review and provide constructive feedback on instructional materials.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Certification in battery technology or related field is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
