Project Manager for the Advanced Efficiency Solutions Team

Position Overview:

• Ability to manage an assigned pool of vendor projects, including;

• Tracking of deliverable due dates across multiple projects
• Communication with assigned vendors on upcoming milestones, and review status updates
• Review and approval of vendor submitted project deliverables
• Issuance of project incentive payments

Responsibilities:

• Day to day work will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing a portfolio of vendor submitted incentive projects, including;
• Tracking project milestone due dates
• Communication with assigned vendors on submission timelines and deliverable approval status
• Reviewing submitted project deliverables
• Issuing project incentive payments
• Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for Advanced Efficiency Solutions Team

Required Skills:

• Excellent external and customer communications skills – both written and verbal
• Must be a capable Microsoft Excel user, with knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Graph functionality
• Must have previous experience with utility and/or government incentive program implementation
• General knowledge of building HVAC systems and common Energy Efficiency measures
• General knowledge of common energy management strategies within Commercial & Multifamily buildings
• General knowledge of New York State Technical Resource Manual, and ability to perform savings calculations using this resource
