Eaton Corporation has an opening for a Microgrid & Distributed Energy Resource Systems (DERS) Product Line Manager (PLM) within the Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) division. This position can be based in the greater Pittsburgh area, where our Electrical Sector is headquartered, or remotely across the Eastern half of the US. Up to 25% travel will be required.

This position plays a key role in the development and execution of the Electrical Sectors Energy Transition strategy, which addresses a global trend towards decarbonization, the rise of renewables, the deployment of distributed energy resources, and the need for more flexible grid capacity.
In this role, you will have responsibility for the technology roadmap of Eatons intelligent microgrid controls solutions and will orchestrate the overall go-to-market strategy for Eatons distributed energy resource systems in North America. To achieve customer outcomes and business objectives, you will collaborate closely with peers across Eatons adjacent offerings such as turnkey project services, control services, engineering studies, battery energy storage solutions, energy management software, and electrical vehicle charging infrastructure.
Work with Marketing-Communications (marcom) team to support the promotion of products and execute launches

The expected annual salary range for this role is $153749.97 – $225499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
