The Zone Service Manager – Central Region is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the CPS Service regional operations toward achieving sales, profit and growth goals, while continually improving quality and customer service levels within the CPS service teams. As the window to the local market, the Zone Service Manager’s charge is to increase the net present value of Eaton’s relationship with assigned territory customers by driving near-term revenue and positioning Eaton for larger wins in the future. The Zone Service Manager is responsible for leading & developing his or her direct reports, field service technicians, to drive top performance and world class customer support.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $153749.97- $225499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
