Overview:

Navitas is ready to invest in you! We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost savings. Support cost control initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
  • Accounting: Month end close financial responsibilities to be determined.
  • Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.
  • Responsible for meeting team targets and key performance indicators.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner.
  • Physical presence on the job is essential and necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent, three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with other departments to resolve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis skills are a must.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) the employee must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
