Role: Solar Commissioning Technician Company Overview: Earthlight Technologies is a family owned and operated business based in Ellington, CT. We specialize in solutions for residential solar, commercial solar, EV charging Stations, and commercial energy efficiency. Our mission is to make the process easy and seamless. Position Overview: We are looking for a full-time Solar Commissioning Technician to join our team. Candidate should be a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: – Coordinate with Installers and Project Managers on preparation and schedule of work. – Perform Final Walk-through with customer, explain how the PV system works, review the Owners Manual, and answer any questions they have. – Perform required testing, record measurements if needed. – Take pictures of all equipment for uploading and job closeout. – Record all equipment serial numbers. – Ensure work is performed in a timely and efficient manner. – Complete daily logs and tasks.
