Role Overview

Our client seeks a Project Developer to provide due diligence & pre-construction support, ranging from interconnection to permitting to project finance. The successful candidate will have experience in community solar project development in the Northeast.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide C&I & community solar project development support
• Work cohesively with internal & third party experts
• Collaborate with local entities & manage permitting processes
• Oversee project compliance initiatives
• Manage projects through to completion
• Ensure projects are completed on time & on budget
• Provide support on real estate-related matters such as title
• Develop & maintain relationships with project stakeholders
• Create & share reports on project statuses
• Spearhead community solar programs & applications
• Assess prospective projects & perform due diligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Experience in community solar
• Knowledge of real estate rights & entitlements
• Project management experience within cleantech
• Highly self-motivated
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
