Role Overview

Our client seeks a Finance Director to support with crafting & implementing financing tactics for its renewable energy assets, from debt to tax equity. The Finance Director will also help with corporate capital matters.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Spearhead business development & marketing efforts involving prospective partners
• Manage strategy reviews aimed at optimizing returns & achieving key objectives
• Lead negotiations & due diligence
• Coordinate with external consultants
• Develop documents & financial models
• Collaborate with internal teams in preparing reports for stakeholders
• Provide inputs for project assessments
• Manage & train less experienced team members

Qualifications

• Experience in the energy industry or investment banking in financial or business development-related roles
• Track record of successfully closing renewable energy project transactions
• Financial analysis & communication skills
• Highly self-driven & organized
