We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join the Product Management team, driving the growth of our integrated Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions.
This role involves enhancing current and developing new battery energy storage hardware and software to deliver value to customers and increase market share. A strong focus on renewable energy, teamwork, and customer value creation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, planning, design, marketing, and optimization of BESS products.
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and providing regular performance reports.
- Conduct market evaluations, develop cost models, and build business cases for product offerings.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to shape product direction.
- Work with marketing to develop product promotion strategies and materials.
- Lead product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
- Provide high-level product requirements and support functional teams in detailed design phases.
- Assist with commercial and technical negotiations of BESS supply contracts.
- Contribute to internal tools and processes for BESS solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in utility-scale battery storage systems, energy storage project development, or power generation systems.
- Proven product management expertise in developing and launching complete systems (hardware, software, and services).
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas simply and clearly, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA or 5+ years of experience in energy storage or renewable energy preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
