Our Civil Engineering team is growing, and we are looking for you. Our team is comprised of highly skilled civil hydrologic, structural, and geotechnical engineers, consulting to the world s largest stakeholders for solar, wind, and battery storage energy projects. We are seeking a Principal Civil/Hydrologic Engineer who is ready to grow and develop while supporting our US and Canadian team.
The engineer in this position will be exposed to the broadest cross-section of solar, storage and wind projects of any renewables company in the world supporting a wide breath of civil engineering projects by providing civil, owners and independent engineering consulting services for the renewable industry. Our team is charged with ensuring civil works of solar, infrastructure and wind are consistent with current standards and prepared to operate well into the future of the renewable energy industry. We help Customers mitigate risk and act as a keystone in helping some of the largest, most technically complex renewable energy projects develop successfully.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the states of Colorado, New York City, NY, California, Washington, and Connecticut only, the range of starting pay for this role is $145,000 – $185,000.
