OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Collect, manage, prepare, and analyze sustainability data in alignment with the GHG Protocol and other common reporting standards, frameworks, and questionnaires like SASB, GRI, TCFD, and CDP, using Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.

Assist in identifying new KPIs and related data sources as they are identified for sustainability performance tracking and reporting, including relating to development and management of target setting.

Engage with stakeholders across the company to identify, track, manage, and report on our Scope 1,2 (and eventually 3) emissions data, as well as other sustainability data such as progress against our public facing goals.

Assist in automating Sustainability data pipelines with data integrations to enterprise data sources, web services, and Salesforce Net Zero

Measure, monitor, and maintain a high standard of data quality in Sustainability data pipelines to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, create, maintain, and enhance data visualizations and dashboards to communicate sustainability performance and insights and meet business needs.

Assist in the development of a Scope 3 data collection and calculation approach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Science, Business, Engineering or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Sustainability reporting, data visualization, story-telling through data, advanced Excel, data analytics, dashboard development

  • Microsoft Office

  • Scripting using tools such as SQL, Python, R (preferred)

  • Azure (preferred)

  • Net Zero Cloud/ Salesforce (preferred)

  • Alteryx or other data transformation tool (preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Business acumen

  • Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities

  • Ability to drive initiatives and work in a team environment

  • Data management and analysis and visualization experience

  • Familiarity with sustainability standards, frameworks, and questionnaires like GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP

  • Experience developing GHG calculation approach in apparel/hard goods (preferred)

  • Proficient-Advanced Excel (preferred)

  • Data pipeline automation (preferred)
