Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth energy consultations to understand customers’ energy needs, recommend tailored solar solutions, and generate new business.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Preset appointments are provided

Must have the following:

  • Proven experience in Outside Solar Sales
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
