Oversee and manage all incoming orders (Trading and Direct) for the Industrial & Automation Strategic Business Platform. Team is responsible for processing over >$10M/mo in sales orders, with a vast list of technical products, working with regional sales managers, Delta Factories, Distributors, OEM and System Integrators. Organize the team to best meet the needs of Delta and the customers, while hiring, training, and managing team performance.

Job Purpose

The Solution Project Manager is responsible for the overall in-market research, coordination, design, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of project

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

Assemble and coordinate the project team

Participate in solution definition and design

Coordinate with ecosystem to fulfill the requirement of solutions

Job Requirement (Qualification & Experience)

Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

Strong presentation and communication skills

Critical thinking and problem solving skills

5+ years related experience in design and implementing enterprise technology solution

Experience in IoT applications will be plus

Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across business constraints and technological realities

Skills & Competencies

With domain experience such as Building-Related system will be plus
