We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels, and convenience store retailing.

  • Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
  • Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
  • Our Retail or convenience store part of Delek, runs over 250 stores in Texas and New Mexico. We also have company-branded New-to-Industry DK stores in the southern part of the US!
  • Our three renewables plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Sr P2P Lead for Supply Chain is a pivotal role, entrusted with advancing the organization’s supply chain capabilities and optimizing key processes and systems. This seasoned professional will spearhead initiatives that refine P2P systems, aligning them with both immediate and long-term strategic goals. Leveraging their expertise, the Senior P2P Lead will work closely with IT, Accounting, and Business Process teams to ensure seamless integration, process consistency, and data accuracy across all supply chain platforms. Their responsibilities will include overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of Supply Chain systems, including ERP and related applications, while introducing benchmark industry practices and innovative solutions. Moreover, this role will focus on creating and updating robust training programs and documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-equipped to utilize supply chain tools effectively. As a recognized leader in the field, the Senior P2P Lead will drive continuous improvement, ensuring the supply chain function is fully aligned with Deleks performance targets.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead P2P Systems and Process Improvement Initiatives: Serve as the primary lead for P2P in Supply Chain, working with cross-functional teams to enhance capability, process consistency, and adoption through system and business controls.
  • Develop and Implement Systems Strategies: Create and execute long-term and short-term strategies to ensure Supply Chain systems effectively support business performance objectives and align with the Deleks growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Partner with IT, Accounting, and Business Process teams to ensure systems integration, process alignment, data integrity, and efficiency across P2P, Sourcing, and Contracting tools.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identify and implement external best practices, continuously improve existing Supply Chain systems and processes, and bring new ideas for people, process, and technology enhancements.
  • Oversee System and ERP Maintenance: Manage the review and maintenance of Supply Chain P2P systems and ERP bolt-on applications, ensuring applicability, ease of migration, and optimized efficiencies.
  • Develop and Maintain Training and Documentation: Create and update training curriculum and policy documentation, supporting stakeholders with the necessary resources for effective SCM tools and process implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
  • Masters or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible procurement, supply chain, supplier sourcing, accounts payable, or related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP (with a preference form S4 Hana)
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in Coupa

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
  • Experience in managing projects, particularly those related to system implementation or process improvement
  • Experience with process mapping and optimization techniques, such as Lean or Six Sigma
