Veris Manufacturing, an Emerald Technologies company, has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) to join our Brea, CA team! The ideal Program Manager is a self-starting, multifaceted individual who can manage various activities related to the customer and order management experience including customer relations, quoting, cost control, budgeting, and all production processes, pre production through post-production. PM’s must be proactive and work closely with customers and the cross functional departments that manage production processes to ensure that all orders, requirements, and deadlines are met in a timely manner. The goal of our Program Management team is to ensure that business projects are aligned with our company’s mission, goals, customer expectations, and to maintain our strong business relationships.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

  • Enter and maintain information regarding customers and their parts in ERP system.
  • Receive and process all customer assembly orders in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collect information from customers regarding product or service complaints.
  • Maintain customer files as needed for record keeping and for regular interaction with customers regarding account activity.
  • Provide forecast information as needed by Sales/Operations regarding future customer orders.
  • Monitor actual customer orders versus contract and/or forecast and report to Sales/Operations.
  • Develop departmental procedures and recommend other Veris procedural changes as needed to improve customer service.

Qualifications of the Program Manager:

  • An associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years Program Management experience working in PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Contract Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
  • Must have conflict resolution, problem-solving, motivational skills, and teamwork.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to meet deadlines.
