**Job Overview:**
Join our team at Custom Pro Systems, a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company specializing in solar installations. With a strong track record of over 3,500 completed installs last year and licenses in 15 states, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch solar solutions. We offer a range of financing and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) options, including GoodLeap. At Custom Pro Systems, we manage everything in-house, from installations to financing, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
– Engage in technical sales activities to promote solar products and services
– Drive solar sales by effectively communicating with potential customers
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
– Demonstrate leadership skills within the sales team
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in the solar industry
– Strong background in solar sales techniques and strategies
– Excellent sales and negotiation skills
– Exceptional customer service orientation
– Prior experience in outside sales is advantageous

PAY: Comisson based
