Title: Customer Service Engineer
Location: Auburn Hills, MI (5 days onsite)

Job Description:
1. Request management of regional customer;
2. Service agreement negotiation with the regional customer;
3. Regional OSA management.;
4. Public relationship maintenance of regional customers and OSAs;
5. Regional admin-related affairs handling;
6. Lead the “99” incident handling including concept planning;
7. Build up the overseas information network.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent ;
2. Advanced in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project;
3. At least 3 years of work experience in Project Management, B2B sales, Account Management, and After-sales in the energy storage industry.
4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
5. Capability of good language expression, business negotiation, and on-the-spot adaptability.
6 .Travel: 20% business travel in US
