Overview:
We are seeking a disciplined and ambitious sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent awareness and communication skills, and all-in approach to their success.

High commission sales role. In office only. Office location is in Centennial, near the Park Meadows Mall. Fun, energetic office culture. Exclusive leads generated in house. We pay for your leads until you get to a point where you want higher commission and can/want to invest in your own business. 65% starting commission, average policy pays out $1,000. More policies you sell, the more you make in a week. Goal = have you making $10k a week in sales while taking home ~$6K in commission.

Duties:

• Engage with warm leads to understand their needs and guide them to the insurance product that helps their family
• Show up
• Call 300+ leads a day
• Uphold our positivity in the workplace, negativity and complaining are not wanted.
• Devote 90 days of serious commitment for your learning curve and to be successful

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales, car, solar, or technical sales, is preferred but not required
• Strong selling skills or sales personality
• Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients
• Disciplined and business-minded, we are looking for individuals who want to earn more and eventually control their own schedule.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
