Colorado Solar Co – A successful and growing solar company based out of Wellington, CO is now entering the market in Colorado Springs, CO! Seeking energetic energy advisors for our well-paid sales force.

The role itself is designed for GROWTH and comes with an extremely competitive performance-based pay structure along with a clear progression pathway that leads to promotions and career growth.

As an Energy Associate, your duties will include:

• Canvassing neighborhoods in selected areas around Colorado Springs, CO.
• Introduce new homeowners to the idea of solar and schedule energy consultations with our expert team of consultants.
• Develop your interpersonal skills, develop a problem-solver sales approach, and tailoring your communication effectively to high-end clientele.
• Actively train and prepare for promotion as an Energy Consultant – We promote from within!

This is a door-to-door sales position

We will provide you with everything you need to succeed as well as a fun environment to succeed in! All we ask is for you to be punctual, willing to learn, and driven by performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
