Job Description Summary Energetics – CLEAResult Energy Sustainability Consulting provides a full spectrum of clean energy consulting services to public and private sector clients. The Energetics team works with lead investors, innovators, and stakeholders to inform and expedite the development and market success of novel energy technologies, strategies and practices that deliver a sustainable future. Energetics was founded in 1979 and joined CLEAResult in 2024 as a division within CLEAResult’s Energy Sustainability Services business.

Job Description

To join our Energetic Consulting team as a Sr. Market Approach Manager, providing subject matter expertise for industrial markets by designing competitive and innovative solutions and capabilities. Your proven track record of collaborating with teams and desire to continuously improve existing internal capabilities will ensure your success in this high impact and high visibility role.

For this opportunity, you will…

  • Project lead cross functional teams to identify appropriate measures and approaches, develop budgets and pricing, and document impacts in support of solution design.
  • Analyze and translate consumer and market insight into client-facing content, such as blogs, conference abstracts, or innovation event presentations internally and externally.
  • Provide thought leadership in designated area of expertise through solution innovations, pilot development, and capability enhancements
  • Developing innovative market solutions and capabilities to competitively scale programs for growth and client requirements

Exciting candidates have…

  • BA in business management, marketing, economics, engineering, or a similar field
  • Five or more years of experience delivering and designing industrial programs
  • Demonstrated an ability to take responsibility and operate with limited direction to deliver thorough analyses in time-pressured situations

$87,300.00 – $131,000.00
