Role Overview:

Are you a driven self-starter with a passion for renewable energy? As a Solar Consultant at Clean Energy Solutions, you will play a key role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and make a meaningful impact by helping customers transition to solar energy.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of customers’ energy needs to provide tailored solar energy solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including financial incentives and rebates.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and incentives to effectively communicate with customers and accurately price systems.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Notion, for lead management and tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive experience for customers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Knowledge of solar sales techniques and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

  • Direct installationno need to deal with subcontractors.

Growth Path and Incentives:

  • Achieve a $70,000 yearly growth incentive + commissions and overrides if you or your team close 100kW+ for two consecutive months.
  • Earn a $130,000 yearly growth incentive + commissions and overrides if you or your team close 200kW+ for two consecutive months.
  • Weekly incentives and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow within the company.
