Clark Nexsen is seeking an Energy Modeler who is passionate about high performance buildings to join our building performance and sustainability team. Our team collaborates with architects and engineers to design high performance buildings and achieve net zero carbon solutions. We are driven to make the world a better place through our work. The Energy Modeler will be responsible for modeling and analyzing building energy use to inform design decisions and development of energy conservation strategies. This work is done in coordination with our building design and energy consulting teams. This position works across building types and market sectors, to include federal/state/local government, education (higher education and K-12 schools), and commercial facilities.

We have selected two as common days in the office to nurture collaboration and innovation and to support learning and growth through engagement with colleagues. We are asking everyone to be present on Mondays and Thursdays, with a required third day that will provide additional flexibility and be set established between you and your supervisor (with consideration given to your project team members and clients). Work is sedentary and often performed in an office setting. Work area is lighted, heated, and ventilated.
