Solar Technicians

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar systems.
• Connect wires, install harnesses, and solar modules.
• Bend conduit when necessary and snake wires through tight spaces.
• Test continuity of connections to ensure proper functioning of solar systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to solar installations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in solar installation or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10
