About the Role

A senior client service leader, your role as Commercial Insurance Account Executive is focused on the strategic development of the client’s renewable energy portfolio. This particular opening with a Top 25 independent insurance broker’s Mid-Atlantic region is part of a specialized division that works nationwide with wind, solar, and various other renewable energy companies. The agency is looking for an experienced insurance professional who can take a lead role in account development and marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

Keys to your success include:

  • Ability to support producers with client management, consulting, & relationship building initiatives.
  • Lead renewal marketing strategies working closely with underwriters to gather submission information, review quotes, compile summaries, and create proposals in a timely manner.
  • Work with team members to ensure client satisfaction. Address and resolve client issues pertaining to policy changes, billing, contract reviews, coverage analysis, and program recommendations.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 7-8 years of Account Executive/Broker senior level client service experience.
  • Experience in a lead role managing the entire account life cycle: pre & post-renewal as well as client visits, presentations, and in-person reviews.
  • State insurance license.

Job Specs

Location: 100% remote, work-from-home will be considered.

Insurance Expertise: Experience with renewable and/or clean energy accounts is required.
