Position Summary:
The LTSA Service Coordinator will assist the LTSA ServiceManagers in all service operations performance metrics and reporting requirements. The role is primarily focused on the commercial support area of the service business, with strong expertise in operational data analysis of service activities. Contract management, warranty handling support, and tracking various areas of the service business. Expertise in visual presentation of complex data sets from various sources. Knowledge of energy storage systems and the renewable energy industry operations would be an asset.
