Position Title: LTSA Service Coordinator
Department: Operations
Entity: e-STORAGE
Reports To: Director of Service
Location: US or CAN
Position Summary:
The LTSA Service Coordinator will assist the LTSA Service Managers with service operations performance metrics and reporting requirements. This role is primarily focused on commercial support within the service business, with strong expertise in operational data analysis. Responsibilities include contract management, warranty handling, and tracking various service business areas. Expertise in presenting complex data sets visually from various sources is essential. Knowledge of energy storage systems and the renewable energy industry is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Assist LTSA Service Managers in developing project/daily plans, communication documents, management of trackers, and related activities.
- Track schedules against actual performance, report on spare parts consumption, and maintain accurate inventory counts and reorders. (Managing onsite inventory is out of scope)
- Handle RMA and warranty defect returns and replenishment.
- Support LTSA Service Managers in managing contracts, invoices, change orders, warranty defect notices, claims, etc.
- Oversee purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Support LTSA Service Managers in preparing for quarterly LTSA business reviews.
- Assist LTSA Service Managers with onboarding processes.
- Prepare monthly reports for clients/owners, presenting performance metrics and KPIs for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Report LTSA budget vs. actual variances and track costs, such as PO burn rates.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Data, Analytics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field from a university or college.
- Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- SCADA experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry or a service background preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective visual presentation of complex data sets into graphs, charts, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (expert level), PowerPoint, and MS Visio.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated independent thinking, initiative, and creativity.
- Ability to work successfully both independently and within a team.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends) as required.
- Valid drivers license, valid insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Some travel to project sites may be required.
