Your Responsibilities:

  1. Work together with distribution partners to visit customers for presales support and technical questions support.​
  2. Identify the market potential, develop and maintain new and old customers, explore customer project planning and market demand, convert demand into orders from technical, commercial, and service point of view.
  3. Provide customer analysis report and market research, track customers’ demands, collect and input customer’s request about products to support technical team.
  4. Understand market product standards and demand trends, and promote product design improvement Formulation and implementation of bidding strategies for pre-tendering /in- tendering/post-tendering of bidding projects.
  5. Cooperate with the commercial manager in contract negotiation (negotiation of business terms/communication of technical documents), payment collection and bidding documents review, etc.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering, or a comparable higher education qualification. A Bachelor degree in Business with affinity to energies/engineering will also apply.
  2. Proven knowledge and expertise, and passion for sales and marketing background in: a) the new energy power system/ energy storage system or related industries; b) or consumer electronics, smart devices, small power products(like Power tool, E-Bike, E-Scooter, UPS, etc) that using Li-ion batteries; c) or xEV battery and etc.
  3. Previous working experience in sales and marketing is a plus.
  4. Fluent in English. Competence in other local languages (e.g. German, French and etc. ) may be essential or a plus.
  5. Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office.
  6. Good technical discussions, commercial contract negotiation skills.Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  7. Proactive approach and result-oriented.
