Overview

We are seeking a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to enhance and integrate SailPoint IIQ solutions within a highly regulated environment for our Fortune 200 energy client. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and a third-party integrator to ensure compliance with industry standards and to expand the capabilities of SailPoint IIQ. The ideal candidate will have strong Java and BeanShell scripting skills for customizing workflows, rules, and connectors within SailPoint IIQ. Responsibilities

  • Develop, integrate, and enhance SailPoint IIQ solutions.
  • Customize SailPoint IIQ for lifecycle management events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and reports within SailPoint IIQ.
  • Onboard applications into SailPoint IIQ using delimited files, OOTB connectors, SCIM, and JDBC.
  • Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and access control frameworks.
  • Collaborate with third-party integrators to manage SailPoint IIQ customizations and enhancements.
  • Partner with stakeholders for requirements gathering, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Ensure compliance to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) standards.
  • Perform system upgrades and continuous enhancements to existing SailPoint IIQ environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development, implementation, integration, system upgrades, and capability enhancements.
  • Strong expertise in Java and BeanShell scripting for workflow customization.
  • Experience onboarding applications into SailPoint IIQ via delimited files, OOTB connectors, SCIM, and JDBC.
  • Experience customizing LCM events, workflows, rules, connectors, and reports within SailPoint.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC principals and experience developing access control frameworks in corporate environments.
  • Understanding of Active Directory concepts including users, computers, groups, and policies.
  • Experience leading technical discussions, code reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in compliance development for regulated industries, preferably energy.
  • Passion for clean energy production and innovation.
