Job Summary: Our Engineering Integrator client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems and projects within their client engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of electrical projects related to client engineering needs.
• Design and analyze complex electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee the integration of new technology and upgrades into existing power plant operations.
• Conduct detailed engineering studies and simulations to support project decisions and improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, operations, and external contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure all electrical engineering projects and operations comply with industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering and power generation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in power generation or related industries.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical design software, such as ETAP, SKM Systems Analysis, or similar.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with renewable energy systems and technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in the power industry.
• Proficient in using advanced diagnostic tools and software for system analysis.
• Preferred experience in one or more of the following industries: Aviation, Oil & Gas, Commercial & Retail, Manufacturing & Industrial, Power, Telecommunications, Transportation & Water, Government & Military
