Position: Solar Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the process of converting to solar energy.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

• Stay updated with the solar industry trends, and the state and federal solar incentives to provide accurate information to clients.

• Communicate effectively with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Must be US-based and a US citizen to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Training:

At Bobcat Solar LLC, we believe in empowering our team with the knowledge and tools necessary for success. We provide comprehensive training through prerecorded videos, 1-on-1 live Zoom calls, and live group Zoom training sessions to ensure you’re well-equipped to excel in your role.

Compensation:

Our competitive compensation package includes:

• A 70/30 commission rate on self-generated leads.

• Opportunity for leads to be provided after achieving certain sales milestones at a reduced commission rate.
