Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar solutions to residential customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and communication skills, as well as a passion for renewable energy.

Responsibilities

– Network through our current pipeline and well as develop your own through targeted event, leads groups, referrals and direct sales calls.
– Identify potential customers and develop a sales strategy to secure new leads.
– Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain a comprehensive database of customer information.
– Provide customers with detailed information about solar panels, installation processes, and financing options.
– Negotiate contracts with customers and ensure a thorough understanding of the agreement.
– Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the solar energy market, including industry trends and competitor activity.
– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Skills

– Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
– Proven experience in door-to-door sales or outside sales.
– Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.
– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar sales software.
– Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
– Ability to negotiate contracts and handle objections.
– Knowledge of the solar energy market and industry trends.
– High energy level and a passion for renewable energy.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
