## Job Summary
As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for educating potential customers on the benefits of solar energy solutions and guiding them through the sales process. This role requires a strong understanding of solar technology and excellent communication skills to effectively convey the advantages of solar power to clients.
## Duties
– Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions
– Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy systems
– Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote referrals
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
– Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations related to solar energy
## Skills
– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions
– Experience in solar sales or technical sales is preferred
– Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with bilingual customers
– Strong software skills to navigate technical aspects of solar products
– Demonstrated ability in energy sales or related fields
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
– Leadership qualities to drive sales initiatives and motivate team members
