Job Description


A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • The Director of Field Operations is a champion of Blattner culture, standard work methods, standard work instruction, work plans, quality, safety, continuous improvement, and employee empowerment and development.
  • Leads the work of General Superintendents and their respective trade (installation, electrical, civil, commissioning, grading & structures), ensuring all craft activities at the project sites are performed to the standard work methods and best-in-class safety and quality standards.
  • Leads in the development and implementation of technical training and field leadership training/development for the business unit.
  • Ensures the execution of goals that support the Business Unit’s strategy and objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combinations of education and work experience required.
  • Managerial Experience – Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and supervising construction teams. General Experience – Minimum of 15 years of construction experience.
