What a Blackeagle Yard/Bolt up Laborer can expect to do:
- The Yard/Bolt up Laborer needs to be able to work outside/inside environments. Work with Yard Forman on a variety of hands-on tasks to be performed.

Roles responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Operate trade specific machinery in a safe and responsible manner.
- Will be required to perform hydrotesting, bolt up procedures, sandblasting, paint/coating touch up.
- Required to move and lift certain materials for assembly and painting process of piping skids and vessels.
- Perform other assignments as directed by Yard Forman.
- Required to tighten and assemble construction materials by hand or using power tools as needed.
- Required to assemble and install pipe, pipe supports, and use hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Shall have the willingness to be flexible with job duties, tasks, and working with other personnel to complete tasks given.
- Read and interpret blueprints/shop drawings.
- Cut, thread, and install pipes according to shop drawings.
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
- Strong working mechanical knowledge of machines and tools
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities per Forman.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Receives direct supervision.
- Performing technical responsibilities and job tasks given.
- Contributes to a team under general supervision of an experienced professional or manager.
- Skilled in hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of oil and gas related equipment and industry a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all coworkers and clients.
- Strong communication and organization skills required.
- Can work independently/self-starter.
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy, and hazardous areas.
- Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations. Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.
- Work in all types of weather.
- Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
- Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
COMPENSATION RANGE
The expected compensation range is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based on factors such as education, experience, and other qualifications.
