POSITION TITLE: Estimator

COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary + DOE

BENEFITS: Standard package

LOCATION: Houston, TX

SUMMARY: Estimate assigned projects and take full ownership of estimating process while working closely with fellow estimators, project managers and construction. Reports to Estimating Manager.

Duties Or Responsibilities

• Understanding fully the entire RFP/bid opportunity and work with PM Leads to put together complete and thorough project estimates.
• Developing lists of checks and procedures to ensure accuracy and dispel risks
• Assist PM Lead and Procurement Director with critical subcontractor and vendor contracts and purchases.
• Construction equipment scheduling and cost
• Ownership/Responsibility oriented in all aspects of job

Experience And Qualifications

• 5+ years Midstream project estimating experience such as industrial/process mechanical estimating for piping systems, rotating/process/mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of advanced technology projects such as semiconductor, hyperscale data centers, battery manufacturing, solar manufacturing
• Industrial projects experience such as power generation, petrochemical, etc
