We are currently seeking a Director to become a valuable addition to our Americas team. You will be the Head of North Americas. Reporting to the Managing Partner and collaborating closely with organizational leaders, this role will be supported by a dedicated Business Development/Sales Lead focused on business development.

Main Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the North American renewable energy markets, particularly in solar, wind, storage, and hydrogen.
- Utilize market insights to collaborate with teams, the Business Development/Sales Lead, and the wider organization in crafting regional strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their talent needs, and delivering top-notch solutions.
- Lead, nurture, and inspire a team of consultants, ensuring high performance and attracting top talent aligned with our values.
- Support team development by identifying individual growth opportunities and partnering with the Learning and Development team for tailored coaching and training sessions.
- Drive the team culture and work ethic by setting a positive example and actively contributing to business development and management.
- Take ownership of team budget, regional expansion, and deliverables in collaboration with the Managing Partner and Finance.
- Foster relationships with candidates and clients, networking within specific vertical markets, and reinforcing your reputation as an industry expert.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of executive talent pools.
Skills & Competencies
- Previous recruitment experience in the renewables sector.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities across all levels
- Capability to work independently, managing team dynamics and budgets proficiently.
- Successful track record in both Contingent and Retained recruitment, with business development expertise.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve outstanding results.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
