Essential Responsibilities

As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production process, coordinate all production activities and operations, ensure efficiency and adherence to safety protocols, and lead a team to meet production targets.

  • Supervise, monitor and coordinate the daily activities of the welding process and personnel.
  • Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Experience with ASME section IX requirements.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Implement and enforce safety and quality control policies and procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and develop production staff.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role.
  • 3+ years of welding experience.
  • Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality control standards and regulations
