Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, storage facilities, and inventory control for both inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Work closely with third-party logistics providers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment for North American projects.
  • Coordinate transportation for North American projects, including planning and supervising the shipment of components, equipment, and products to project sites.
  • Manage logistics service providers across North America, focusing on supplier performance, payment processes, and driving continuous performance improvement.
  • Organize and analyze logistics data for North American projects, including cost analysis and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with clients, domestic Project Management Coordinators (PMC), storage facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery management.
  • Address and resolve delivery-related issues for North American projects, including handling quality concerns, customer complaints, and other incidents.
  • Manage local logistics operations for energy storage and related projects in North America.
  • Provide support for other logistics-related tasks associated with PMC activities in North America.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong preference for experience in the energy storage, renewable energy, or related industries, and familiarity with North American inland logistics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills, with a proven ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
  • Strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility, with a proactive approach to task completion.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
