Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, storage facilities, and inventory control for both inbound and outbound shipments.
Work closely with third-party logistics providers and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment for North American projects.
Coordinate transportation for North American projects, including planning and supervising the shipment of components, equipment, and products to project sites.
Manage logistics service providers across North America, focusing on supplier performance, payment processes, and driving continuous performance improvement.
Organize and analyze logistics data for North American projects, including cost analysis and inventory control.
Collaborate with clients, domestic Project Management Coordinators (PMC), storage facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery management.
Address and resolve delivery-related issues for North American projects, including handling quality concerns, customer complaints, and other incidents.
Manage local logistics operations for energy storage and related projects in North America.
Provide support for other logistics-related tasks associated with PMC activities in North America.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong preference for experience in the energy storage, renewable energy, or related industries, and familiarity with North American inland logistics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills, with a proven ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
Strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility, with a proactive approach to task completion.
Fluency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
