About The Role
Anza is launching a new subscription software product for solar developers and independent power producers (IPPs) to rapidly access and compare products with accurate technical details and relevant, negotiated pricing data. Having established a strong business leveraging our data and technology platform to deliver a procurement optimization service, we are now making that data and technology available for teams to leverage on their own.
To ensure that our product launch is successful, we are seeking to build a robust customer success program designed to guide the customer onboarding and adoption of Anza’s software platform, and we’re seeking an energetic, emerging leader to help build that program.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Anza’s go-to-market leadership team and existing customer success and operations teams to ensure we delight our software customers. To succeed in this role, you’ll be equally at home in front of our customers and behind the scenes, building out the team and Anza’s capabilities to successfully grow. You’ll bring perspective and experience from prior software customer onboarding and adoption roles, and you’ll enjoy learning from our existing customer engagement to forge a new type of Anza customer experience.
