We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Compliance Analyst to join our West Construction Operations team. This position will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, highlighting potential risks, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
  • Research nationwide laws pertaining to the Labor Compliance Program.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files for procedure documents.
  • Assist with the review and analysis of contractual agreements to identify key compliance requirements, terms, and conditions.
  • Guide subcontractors through documentation and contract requirements as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the construction group, including word processing, database, training, and spreadsheet activities processing.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with vendors and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively to assist with the resolution of compliance issues.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all CPR, apprenticeship, and related documents.
  • Support monthly audits of subcontractor payments through B2Gnow compliance reporting.
  • Facilitate training sessions to educate employees on contract compliance policies, procedures, and best practices as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to contract management and compliance.
  • Make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of contract compliance processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business, legal studies, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience supporting large scale construction project contracts involving upgrades, renovations, and retrofits on institutional, government, commercial and/or industrial customer sites.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of certified payroll reporting and invoicing/reporting to public entity on public works projects is strongly desired.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in contract management software and tools.
  • Experience using Procore.
  • Knowledge of the processing of specifications, RFI’s, transmittals and the maintaining a submittal register.
  • Proven ability to gather, validate, and analyze quantitative data and information.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Project.
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships.
  • Valid Drivers License issued by state of residence and in good standing.
  • Travel may be required.
