Description Description Crew Lead As a Crew Leader at Ambia Solar, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the installation of residential solar panels. You will lead a team of installers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the success of our installations while upholding Ambia’s commitment to exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of installers during solar panel installations.
  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Install required labels on solar system components and hardware according to specifications.
  • Collaborate with leadership to guarantee all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs, operate hand and power tools, and scale residential homes as needed.
  • Familiarity with technology devices such as iOS and Android for communication and reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Prior experience (1+ years) in the residential solar industry is required.
  • Proficiency in working with various residential solar products including inverters and modules.
  • Possession of OSHA 10 certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.
  • Must hold a valid US driver’s license with at least 4 years of active driving history.
  • Preferably, a clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years.
  • All new hires will undergo a drug test as part of the onboarding process.
