At Alpha Inc., we believe that effective communication drives success. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring clear, engaging, and impactful communication across all levels of the organization and with external audiences. This role will enhance our companys brand, strengthen customer engagement, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the companys mission, values, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation, editing, and distribution of both internal and external newsletters to keep employees, clients, and stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Manage communication platforms, including Mailchimp, ensuring they are optimized for internal use and company-wide announcements.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and collateral to support business growth and visibility, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including social media channels, website management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to strategize and communicate company initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and external messaging.
  • Manage internal and external sponsorships, including participation in company-sponsored events and community outreach programs.
  • Ensure all communication materials, including press releases, advertisements, and newsletters, reflect and reinforce the company’s core values.
  • Lead and execute communication strategies around new product launches, business developments, and public relations efforts.
  • Work closely with leadership to gather insights and promote the companys journey, vision, and goals through impactful storytelling.
  • Organize and manage company events, such as quarterly meetings and external sponsorships, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust accordingly to maximize engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, internal & external communications or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media management, Mailchimp, and content management systems for websites and intranets.
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work with leaders to strategize communication initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, based on experience.
