We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead the design, coordination, and execution of comprehensive training programs to support the development and growth of Alpha Inc.s employees. This position will work closely with HR and department leaders to ensure that all training initiatives align with the companys goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of progression plans for all employees (career ladders) by working with HR and Leaders, ensuring clear career development paths. Provide guidance to help employees advance in their careers.
  • Provide employees with tools and resources to foster continuous growth and development, ensuring alignment with the overall L&D roadmap and the organizations strategic growth. Collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful training solutions.
  • Execute and drive initiatives based on the L&D roadmap, which aligns with the strategic direction and growth of the organization. Ensure that training programs promote excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement a mentorship program by identifying and matching mentors with mentees, ensuring on-the-job training opportunities are available. Encourage collaboration and mutual support within the mentorship program.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective delivery and tracking of learning initiatives. Utilize the LMS to ensure excellence in training and development.
  • Work alongside the Operations team to facilitate and conduct on-site training to meet evolving organizational needs. Collaborate across departments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Create engaging and interactive training content that enhances the learning experience for employees, incorporating various methods such as videos, workshops, and e-learning. Ensure that content promotes quality and excellence in all learning initiatives.
  • Measure training progress and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs. Use data to make recommendations for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Develop and deliver leadership development programs to cultivate leaders at all levels within the organization.
  • Partner with TA to manage the onboarding process, including facilitating NHO sessions. Ensure a smooth handoff after clearance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Assist in creating and implementing induction plans for new hires, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the companys culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing career progression plans and mentorship programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional training initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and improve the effectiveness of learning programs

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience.
