Our clients maximize their promotions and services within Boston by using our Field Sales Agent team to grow the customer acquisition base.

We are searching for a motivated Field Sales Agent to join our sales team! The Field Sales Agent will work on behalf of our award-winning client Inspire, which is a leading provider of clean and renewable energy services. The Field Sales Agent will build relationships with potential customers to discover their needs by providing individualized customer service. The Field Sales Agent will actively seek out and engage with both existing and new customer prospects directly. The Field Sales Agent must be responsible, dependable, assertive, goal-driven, and have a desire for long-term personal and professional growth. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to negotiate and build relationships.

FIELD SALES AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present, promote, and provide existing and potential customers with clean energy solutions that will suit their needs
  • Develop basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers as needed
  • Generate sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Analyze the territory’s potential, track sales, and status reports to achieve agreed upon sales targets
  • Provide reports to management on customer needs, problems, and interests
  • Evaluate all competitors’ activities including new product launches or price reductions

FIELD SALES AGENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years work experience as a sales agentpreferred
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers
  • Above average work ethic, high energy and engaging attitude
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent, interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Travel within a 20-mile radius to assigned territories
