Job Summary:
As an Appointment Generator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in providing information about our solar energy solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role involves managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in driving solar adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly over the phone, assess their energy needs, and provide them with basic solar energy information.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our solar consultants with prospective customers and manage appointment calendars.
  • Lead Qualification: Pre-screen and qualify leads for solar consultations, ensuring they meet basic criteria for our services.
  • CRM Management: Enter customer data, lead information, and communication history into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales and support teams with administrative tasks, including email management and data entry.
  • Information Dissemination: Answer general inquiries regarding solar power, installation processes, and available financing options.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and maintain positive, ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Other duties to be assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years experience in outbound calls (solar experience preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho CRM) and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • An interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

  • Cold calling: 3 years (Preferred)
