Align Solar Protection is a Utah-based, industry leading provider of 3rd party warranties for Solar PV Systems. The Partner Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our partners consistently convert their customer base through the sale of our warranties. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships with our partners, understand their needs, and provide the tools and support necessary for them to succeed. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for helping others achieve their goals. Strong sales skills, consultative selling and closing techniques are essential to drive partner engagement and ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Onboarding & Training:
- Assist in the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring they are fully equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to sell our warranties effectively.
- Conduct regular training sessions and webinars to keep partners updated on product features, benefits, and sales strategies.
- Leverage sales techniques to teach partners how to effectively pitch warranties, handle objections, and close sales.
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as their primary point of contact for all warranty-related inquiries.
- Regularly engage with partners to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
- Use consultative selling approaches to understand partner needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Conversion Optimization:
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, ensuring partners consistently sell warranties to their customers.
- Apply sales analytics to identify high-potential opportunities and focus efforts on driving significant growth in warranty sales.
- Sales Support:
- Provide ongoing sales support to partners, including assistance with presentations, proposal development, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the business development team to ensure seamless handoff of partners and continuity in partner engagement.
- Assist partners in refining their sales pitches, optimizing their sales funnel, and closing deals more effectively.
- Feedback & Reporting:
- Collect and report on partner feedback, using it to inform product development, marketing strategies, and training materials.
- Provide regular reports to management on partner performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Present data-driven insights that highlight the impact of sales strategies and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer success, partner management, or sales support role, preferably within the Solar PV industry or a related field.
- Strong sales acumen, with a track record of successfully driving sales initiatives and coaching others in sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales support tools.
